Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at ask@burstcosmetics.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your BURST purchase or gift for any reason, please contact a BURST representative within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging to receive a full refund. BURST COSMETICS will only reimburse return shipping charges if the return is due to a BURST Cosmetics error.

To Request a Return:

3. Include your original receipt with your product return.
4. Returned items without a Return Authorization number will not be processed.

Processing Time and Information

Your return or exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
